Lancaster Young Professionals (LYP) exists to connect, develop, and engage young professionals throughout the Lancaster community. Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for networking,, personal and professional growth, and community involvement. Through networking happy hours, community service initiatives, and social events, we foster lasting relationships, encourage civic engagement, and build a welcoming environment where professionals at all stages of their career can thrive. LYP is committed to strengthening both our members and our community by bringing people together to connect, give back and grow.

We’ve moved away from annual membership fees, making most events—such as happy hours and service projects—free to attend. Some events may require tickets to help cover costs and support community initiatives. Ticketed events will be noted in the event description under the Events tab. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join us!
