Lancaster Young Professionals (LYP) is a nonprofit dedicated to connecting young professionals who want to build meaningful relationships and make a positive impact in the Lancaster community. Through networking events, community service, and support of local businesses, LYP creates opportunities to connect, grow, and give back.

We’ve moved away from annual membership fees, making most events—such as happy hours and service projects—free to attend. Some events may require tickets to help cover costs and support community initiatives. Ticketed events will be noted in the event description under the Events tab. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join us!
