Open Streets Lancaster creates blocks of safe, car-free streets so that residents can walk, bike, shop local goods, participate in spontaneous play activities, and get to know one another.
Along with the event, there will be a training session on May 15th at 6:00pm that ALL volunteers will need to attend! We will be helping vendors set up for the day of the event from about 8:30am - 10:30am. Volunteers are welcome to stay and help out more with the event and hangout at the LYP table as well. Please register as a volunteer at www.openstreetslnc.org/volunteer in order for them to get a t-shirt. Please also wear your LYP volunteer shirt during the event!
