April Book is currently a Market Manager for Citadel Federal Credit Union. She has her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Messiah College and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas. Along with her role with LYP, April also sits on the Public Relations and Marketing Committee for LHOP and teaches Junior Achievement courses. Her favorite part of Lancaster is its support of community culture and small businesses. She has a passion for helping others and enjoys meeting new people – so don’t hesitate to introduce yourself! She enjoys running, traveling the world, playing sports, photography and learning new things.
Brittany Garner is a Realtor at Life Changes Realty Group. Brittany moved to Penn Manor in her sophomore year of high school and fell in love with Lancaster County. Having a passion for helping other she earned her degree in Social Work at Millersville University. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering with local non-profits, traveling and reading.
Shel Osborn is a philomath, driven by a love of learning. She holds two degrees in accounting from Juniata College and works as an accountant for Eurofins Scientific, and maintains balance with her passion for art and storytelling. She also enjoys trawling the internet and the shelves at her local library for interesting new ideas and topics (like quantum computing! Or Archaeal Richmond Mine acidophilic nanoorganisms!). Shel grew up in Lancaster and is delighted to sit on the board of the Library System of Lancaster County.
Secretary and Governance Director
Jessie is an administrative assistant at Hershey Entertainment and Resorts, which is a world-class entertainment and hospitality company that owns and operates or supports many sweet attractions, resorts and entertainment venues in Hershey, PA. When she is not at work, making both internal and external guests experience Hersheypark Happy, you can find her at her farm with her 4 horses who are semi-retired or at home with one of her 4 dogs and 2 cats. Jessie holds a B.S. in Chemistry and an M.S. in Integrated Sciences with Chemical Engineering focus. She has a passion and a strong desire to give back to the Lancaster County community who gave her so much.She also loves spending time cooking, being a geek, being active with friends and family as well as with her four dogs and two cats at home.
Rob Meuse has been in commercial lending for several years and is currently a Commercial Banker with Mid Penn Bank. Originally from the Boston area, he enjoys traveling back to New England often. He attended college at Stetson University in Deland, FL, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree and MBA. He has lived in Lancaster County since 2013 and enjoys golfing, watching football, and visiting local restaurants. Rob is also a Core Class member for Leadership Lancaster 2018.
Ashley Fry is a Lancaster native who is passionate about student success in higher education. Currently working at Franklin & Marshall College as a Student Development Adviser, Ashley counsels and provides career advice to students of all class years. Prior to working at F&M, Ashley earned her B.S. in Statistics and M.A. in Counseling in Higher Education at the University of Delaware. She also advised and taught students in the Philadelphia area at Gwynedd Mercy University. In addition to being active in LYP, Ashley also serves on the board of the University of Delaware South Central PA alumni club. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new restaurants, and learning about self-improvement through mindfulness and meditation.
Marketing DirectorMackenzie is currently the PR & Communications Manager for Spooky Nook Sports in Manheim. After graduating from Shippensburg University with a degree in Business Management, Mackenzie moved back to Lancaster where she had grown up. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, playing sports, and - occasionally - relaxing with a good podcast.*
Rhiannah Tucker is currently the Human Resources Specialist for Spooky Nook Sports. She began her career in HR after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Shippensburg University. She is a Central PA native and a current Lancaster county resident. She is passionate about nutrition, fitness, and living a healthy lifestyle. In her spare time, she loves doing fitness challenges, baking cakes, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Kara Weber is the Marketing Manager & Sales Coordinator at Invoq Marketing Company in Lancaster City. Along with her participation on the LYP Board of Directors, Kara volunteers on the board for the Lancaster Marketing Group. She has a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations/Communications from Millersville University. From attending Millersville, Kara fell in love with Lancaster City. After graduating and moving back to her parents in Delaware County, she missed Lancaster so much she quickly found a new job and moved into the city. In her spare time she plays ice hockey for the Reapers (a local women’s team), enjoys traveling, and spending time with her dog, Chloe.
Sports DirectorJoe Peltzer is currently the Compliance Officer & Title IX Coordinator at Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences. Prior to moving to Lancaster in 2018, Joe lived in Philadelphia for 8 years where he worked in both education and the legal field. While in Philly, he served as the Commissioner of Stonewall Sports - Philadelphia, a non-profit LBTQIA sports league with over 1,000 members and 7 different sports initiatives. Joe is a big Philadelphia sports fan, as well as an avid current events follower. Joe is a graduate of Shippensburg University (BS), James Madison University (M.Ed), and Drexel University (JD).

Kathleen Eager is a Lancaster County native and grew up in the Manheim Township area. She presently is an associate attorney at the Law Firm of Eager, Stengel, Quinn, Sofilka & Babic where she practices primarily in civil insurance defense. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Villanova University in Political Science and her Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law. She has a passion for volunteering and volunteers weekly at the Water Street Rescue Mission, Domestic Violence Services and volunteers on the Board for CAP (Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County). In her free time, she enjoys watching sports and exploring downtown Lancaster.

Mary Burgess is a Lancaster County native, originally from Quarryville and Lititz. She is currently a Records Assistant in the Office of Admission at Franklin and Marshall College. In her free time she enjoys making new connections while networking, reading, and traveling to new places. In 2012, Mary completed the World Race, visiting over 20 countries in 11 months. She is now excited to bring her talents to LYP in this position.

Jeff Stanko is a Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer at Mid Penn Bank specializing in lending for Agriculture and Agribusiness. Jeff has worked in Lancaster since 2014, and moved here permanently from Baltimore in 2017. Jeff's professional background includes small business consulting with the Maryland Small Business Development Center, Relationship Manager with Mid Atlantic Farm Credit, and an MBA from Salisbury University's Franklin P. Perdue School of Business. Jeff loves Lancaster for its strong community and culture, and the fun people and activities. Jeff enjoys spending time with family and friends across Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys hiking, exploring the city, researching advances in natural medicine, and doing volunteer work with LYP and other organizations.

Anthony Cazillo is a Media Solutions Specialist for LNP Media Group, and in 2018 he became the youngest Township Supervisor ever elected in Pequea. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Millersville University where he majored in Marketing and minored in Government & Political Affairs. In his free time he enjoys trivia, politics, and tortilla chips.

Hannah Walters is a Financial Planner with Northwestern Mutual. She is a graduate of Conestoga Valley High School and has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She has been a life-long Lancastrian and has spent the past fifteen years living in downtown Lancaster. Along with her involvement with LYP, Hannah is actively involved with Mom’s House and sits on the Lancaster County Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and has a passion for traveling and food!
Emilie Glick -

Emilie Glick recently moved back to Lancaster and joined the LYP board after spending eight years in and around Philadelphia. She and her fiancée, Paxton, are learning about homeownership in their East Chestnut Street home, and are enjoying spending their Saturday mornings rediscovering all of the hidden gems that Lancaster City has to offer. Professionally, Emilie is a mix between a communications curator and compliance wizard, helping financial professionals navigate the intersection of regulation and marketing strategies. She has worked at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC for six years, the last two serving as the Marketing Regulation Manager and Registered Advertising Principal. Emilie grew up in Strasburg and worked for her family’s Lancaster-based business, Maplehofe Dairy, both at their farm store in Quarryville and at their stand in Central Market. She holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Immaculata University.
Director of Community Service
Andrew Quintois is a Financial Planner at Legacy Planning Partners and has been in finance for 2 years. Andrew began his Lancaster experience in 2012 while attending Millersville University but it wasn’t until after graduation in 2016 that he and his wife, Mikaela, fell in love with the city and decided to stay. Andrew has been a member of LYP since 2017 and joined the board in 2018. He enjoys golfing, refereeing ice hockey and volunteering his time with LYP’s community service committee. You can typically find Andrew and his wife on a weekend morning at any one of the fabulous coffee shops that Lancaster has to offer!
