Who’s “In” and Who’s “Out”?

LMX (leader-member exchange) is a leadership theory that just might help you better navigate your current team(s). And it doesn’t matter if you are the leader or a team member, you can use this 45-minute micro-learning to move yourself and other team members into the “In” group – which is where most of us want to be.

David Nice will be leading the Leadership and team dynamics session. David is a seasoned HR professional and trainer with a diverse background and an experienced leadership coach who has worked successfully with employees at all organizational levels. Directions & Parking: The Penn Square Garage (25 E Vine St, Lancaster) is set right behind the Pressroom Restaurant. The restaurant will validate your parking if you choose to utilize this garage and bring your parking ticket in with you.
